Asheville, NC

It’s a lovely day and Jana and I head to the Asheville Arboretum and do the Hard Times and Owl Ridge trails. Hard Times is appropriately named with a lot of elevation gain and sucking wind. Jana’s running and I’m riding but both get a workout with this trail system. It’s a beautiful spot and the Arboretum is setting up their Christmas light show and it looks like it will be spectacular.
That afternoon we all go into Asheville and find some great vintage and boutique stores to wander. We pick up a few T-shirts, stickers and Jack purchases a vinyl record to add to his collection. We grab a phenomenal dinner at a little japanese restaurant called Heiwa Shokudo on North Lexington Ave in Asheville. Jack drives home to the RV park and we have a chill evening watching Schitt’s Creek and David Letterman.
