Las Vegas, NV
ODOMETER: 86,130 | TOTAL MILES TRAVELED: 7,915
We needed to take the puppies to the vet for some tests today, so we chose Mountain Vista Animal Hospital and were very glad we did. It was the best vet experience we ever had, with the doctor taking a lot of time researching our situation. We were very grateful for the care and service we received.
Phoebe had to be put under to get her blood drawn, which made for a couple of funny videos (see below) of the boys having to carry her back up on the bus. She was very groggy but eventually the meds wore off and she was back to her usual self.
In the afternoon, we picked up In-n-Out Burger per Jack and Stellie’s request and in the evening we headed into Vegas to show them the strip.
We parked off of Las Vegas Blvd, but it quickly became apparent that the strip is not a place to be right now. There were crowds of people, half of whom were maskless and so we promptly left, choosing to drive down the strip instead. It was still a great experience and Jack and Stellie loved it. Vegas is certainly a city unlike any other and we wanted them to experience it, even if just from afar.
