Grand Canyon, AZ
ODOMETER: 86,409 | TOTAL MILES TRAVELED: 8,194
Today, Grant and I hiked the Bright Angel Trail, which goes from the top of the south rim of the Grand Canyon all the way down to the canyon bed. It’s a 4,400-ft elevation change and a 13.6-mile round trip. We started a little after 8am and came back around 1:30.
It was an absolutely beautiful and interesting experience climbing down and back up the Grand Canyon, but it turned out to be pretty challenging. There definitely won’t be any long hikes tomorrow!
